After your feedback on my first training plan was so good, I am even more excited to present you my next 5-day training plan. This plan is an ideal continuation of the first plan, but can also be carried out completely independently of it.
Ideal for anyone who wants to get the most out of their body and build muscle. My fitness plan lasts 12 weeks with 5 training sessions per week. We will focus intensively on legs & bottom, upper body and stomach in order to achieve a toned overall look at the end. This plan can be used purely to build muscle or to lose weight.
